    A blind undergraduate is developing an audio-tactile graphics display (TGD) that turns scientific and mathematical diagrams and graphs into a touchable format, in an attempt to make life easier for visually impaired students.

  • Students Learn to Play Ball Despite Visual Impairments

  • Getting in Touch with Literacy Conference - November 18-21, 2015

    The 12th biennial Getting in Touch with Literacy Conference brings together the most current thinking on all forms of literacy, including print, braille, auditory, tactile graphics comprehension and the use of assistive technology. Presentations will address the needs of a range of ages and all levels of ability, including conventional and functional literacy.
