COLUMBIA REGIONAL PROGRAM IS HIRING IN OUR BLIND/VISUALLY IMPAIRED (BVI) AND DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING (DHH) PROGRAMS!
Positions:
Teacher of the Visually Impaired/Orientation and Mobility Specialist (TVI/O&M)
Teacher of the Visually Impaired, Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special EducationOur Blind/Visually Impaired (BVI) services team is excited to announce the opening of three positions for the 2021-2022 school year, including one full-time Teacher of the Visually Impaired/Orientation and Mobility Specialist (TVI/O&M) position and two full-time positions for TVI’s with experience in early intervention and early childhood special education (EI/ECSE).We have a large BVI team of TVI’s and O&Ms, and we are dedicated to improving our skills as teachers through professional development, peer support and mentoring. The BVI team works collaboratively, sharing resources and best practices. We are committed to providing the best possible educational services to our students as well as the teams we work with.

Columbia Regional Program is the largest program in the state serving students with low incidence disabilities, from birth-to-21.
We employ an extraordinary team of professionals including autism specialists, teachers of the visually impaired, teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing, speech-language pathologists, and others.
We partner with twenty-two school districts and three early childhood programs, spread across four counties.
